I am unable to even set them as a device to listen through because they constantly show that they are disconnected under control panel. I then right click and try and connect them, but that does not work. Under control panel, then hardware and sound, then manage audio devices, it says that my power beats pro are disconnected, even when they are showing they are connected under settings. I have turned them off and on, I have turned my computer off and on, I have updated my laptop and I have removed the device from my computer multiple times and then resynced them. I know they work, because they work with my phone. I am unable to play audio through them at all. Then they become disconnected, so then I push the connect button again, and they will connect for a bit, but do not stay connected. They will stay connected for under a minute, but audio does not go through them. It shows that they are paired on my computer, and when I connect them, they do not stay connected. Under Settings they sync up and are recognized by bluetooth devices. I know I am using Windows 10 but not sure which version.
